     Jiangsu Technology Research Center for High-Efficiency Heat Transfer and Energy Saving Engineering was established after being approved by Jiangsu Province Department of Finance and Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province, which focuses on developing the integration of environmental friendly, high-efficiency heat transfer and energy conversation components, facilities and systems with the sound management system and the strong science and technology development strength. With the high-quality research and development team composed of senior and intermediate engineers, it has the strong technology development strength and the extensive industry experience, and keeps long-term cooperation with East China University of Science and Technology and other scientific research institutes, to ensure forward-looking technologies.

     Its overall objective is to promote the overall technological advancement and overall strength of the industry and the development of related industries, uphold the development strategy of " strengthening enterprises with technology, serving the world, and providing the high-quality and reliable industrial facilities for the world", and become a leader in the research, development and manufacturing of high-efficiency heat transfer and energy saving facilities.

     Organization Chart：

     The Engineering Center functions as per the director's responsibility system, under the leadership of the General Manager, and by the expert consultation, the decision making support and guidance from the Technical Committee.

     Technical Committee of Engineering Center is composed of its senior technicians, partners, and some well-known experts in technology and business circles. 

     The routine management of The Engineer Centre is in response of the department director's,  Who take charge of the company Chief Engineer. 

     Chief Engineer Office, Quality Center, Research Institute and other departments shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Engineering Center.

     An efficient, reliable and flexible operation and management mechanism has established in the Engineering Center, faces the market relying on the high and new technologies, and strengthens the industrialization pace of technical developments and achievements to form a virtuous circle of "market-development-industrialization-market".
